Perishable Items

Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Fruits & Vegetables

  • Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted
  • If items are damaged during delivery, inform the delivery driver immediately
  • Halalkart will verify and refund the cost—no physical return required
Packaged & Non-Perishable

Food Items

  • Returns/Exchanges: Accepted if damaged, expired, or not as described
  • Report within 1 day of delivery with photos
  • After verification, refund or replacement provided
Clothing & Apparel
  • Returns/Exchanges: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, tags intact, not washed
  • Wrong size, color, or defective items qualify
  • Exchange available for size/color replacement
  • Customer pays return shipping unless Halalkart/seller error
Household & Kitchen
  • Returns/Exchanges: Within 7 days
  • Items must be unused in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items can be returned for refund/exchange
Beauty & Personal Care
  • Returns/Exchanges: Only for damaged/defective items
  • Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Accessories & Miscellaneous
  • Returns/Exchanges: Within 7 days
  • Items must be unused in original packaging
  • Refund or replacement after verification

Customer Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Return/Exchange

Contact Halalkart support via website, app, or email. Provide order details, reason, and photos if applicable. Request within 14 days for non-perishable items.

2. Approval & Instructions

Halalkart verifies requests based on product category and condition. Once approved, receive return/exchange instructions including pickup or drop-off details.

3. Return Shipping / Pickup

Ship product back or schedule pickup if available. Shipping costs may be borne by customer unless issue is Halalkart/seller error.

4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange

Returned items are inspected. Once verified, refund processed or replacement shipped. Refunds completed within 5–7 business days.
